The future of Flexible Space Market

Coworking is the 4th industrial revolution and that revolution is being driven by the changing nature of work. You may call it what you prefer — a community workplace, flexible office, workspace as a service, business center or coworking—it’s all an indication of a huge shift and a new emergence in the market where the power shifts to the tenant.

Real estate firms have  therefore intensified their focus on this market.  CBRE is pushing its flexible space solutions Hana, while recent acquisition of Sweden's oldest coworking copmany - United Spaces by Castellum is clearly showing RE firms intention to strike back the #WeWork movement.
